SoC Validation Engineer
I first had a 50-minute phone screening, followed by a 3-hour Skype interview, with one hour dedicated to each interviewer. All the interviewers, along with the manager, were really great and friendly.
Contract Engineer
It was a telephonic interview. They called me and asked me about the position for which I had applied. The interviewer was a lady, very polite and firm. She enquired whether I was ready to take a telephonic interview the very next day at a given time

The phone call was not good, and the interviewer seemed unsure about the answers I was providing. He thought maybe I was getting them from Google. I still managed to not give answers if I didn't know. Also, he did not ask from my resume.
