Good environment and work colleagues. Very reasonable basic wage in Malaysia for a trainee.
Unavoidable layoffs in my working duration. Most bonuses have been revoked to cut costs for the company.

Debug Engineer
Simple and direct. Technical aspects of basic, fundamental understandings. Need to draw, write, and show. The interview can go up to an hour and consists of understanding, coding, attitude, leadership, and management skill sets.
Engineer
The HR call was easy. Then she scheduled the IV. The manager called at that time. Just answer relax. No hard questions. All easy. Not much experience to be shared here.
Software Engineer
Very informal, yet the technical questions are heavy. No need for formality, as long as you can answer the technical questions well. A phone interview works well, and hiring by phone is possible.
