The attraction to work at Intel is definitely the benefit packages. They cover all varieties of benefits, which are all readily available on their employee website.
This depends solely on the department/manager you are working with. If you belong in an understaffed department, expect to be working on a very tight schedule with little to no feedback when communicating with upper management on the schedule itself.
Ensure two-way communication when setting a project schedule. If the attrition rate is high in the department, but not in overall Intel, it is probably due to an internal department issue.
