It was a job fair at CSUS. I walked in and was teamed with an interviewer for about five minutes. They asked questions about my resume. If you were what they were looking for, they scheduled you for a formal interview for later in the day.

You were interviewed by having you come to their office with expectations of what you may bring to the table. They asked you questions about your experiences, goals, and desires with the company and your career.

I have had two interviews and they finally called me for a third. The first interview involved answering questions, and the second I completed a technique test. They are very nice people and take soft skills into account.
