Very good work-life balance at the expense of career growth speed.
I found myself in a very toxic environment in my team and an absolute unwillingness of the management to deal with it. Examples are: bullying, political wars even within a team, sabotage of other colleagues' work where it is possible, e.g., during the review process by delaying reviews over and over again, which can lead for a task not to be reviewed and hence be merged for months without any objective reason. Sometimes, even one-on-one insults take place.
Pay in Russia is lower than median pay in the rest of the market.
Very slow management and development processes.
