Relatively better work culture with flexibility in working hours.
Scope to contribute in a lot of areas.
Innovations and ideas are welcome.
Largely very minimal micromanagement.
In some divisions, it's almost more than 300 days working (WFH over holidays and weekends), especially if the team size is small. It's difficult to plan vacations.
There are no remunerations for working on weekends/holidays. Comp off is solely on the manager, and in most cases, it will be difficult to avail.
Compensation could be slightly better.
Relook at remuneration for weekend and holiday working.
I was selected at college campus, and there were three rounds. First was the written round. Next were two technical rounds and one HR round. The written round was partly aptitude questions and more technical questions from C and data structures.
I had a good experience. The company conducted three rounds: * IQ test * Skills test * Personal interview
I had a phone interview; they asked minimal technical questions. I was then called for an onsite interview. Had a technical and managerial interview with a panel of 5. It was purely technical. Managerial was on soft skills assessment.
