Good company for engineers, especially electronics engineers.
There are some interesting projects, depending on the area you work for, but some positions are mostly validation, which is not that interesting, in my opinion.
Benefits are good, and the company seems to be very ethical, but corporate management (CEO, VPs, etc.) sometimes seems somewhat disconnected from reality. They allocate too much compensation for themselves, and what trickles down to the rest is not very significant, especially when compared to the tens of millions and hundreds of thousands of shares these executives allocate for themselves (with BOD approval).
I wish some of these companies would really try to offer more fair compensation schemes, where engineers would receive incentives, like small royalties on patents or papers, etc.
Has the typical big corporation problems.
Implement a more fair sharing of bonuses and income at all levels in the company. It is unfair and does not motivate to see senior management taking the lion's share of compensation.

I was contacted by an agency which connected me directly to people at Intel for an interview for a contractor position. After a quick pre-filter, a physical interview was scheduled at Intel's offices in Guadalajara. I was interviewed by two members
