The process involved one phone call to ask some basic questions, and one online meeting to ask job-related questions. Neither was very difficult. The first interview was with the technical owner, while the second was with the manager.

I submitted my resume online and received an email for a phone interview one month later. The phone interview took 30 minutes with a hiring manager, who went over my resume and asked some technical questions. I then received an email and phone call

Phone call, then invitation to an onsite interview. Some coding questions, then just going over the resume. After a few days, HR called and asked if things were going well. They said they will give an offer.
