My coworkers were really nice people in the different teams I worked with. Depending on the team, work is calm. Salary is good. Benefits are good. Very flexible hours, and work-life balance is great.
Constant layoffs, constant reorganizations, bad leadership. Sometimes I encounter incompetent people in higher management within my teams.
