Good work environment in some groups
The work environment is good. I work on a small project with very few engineers. It's a good environment to learn about different aspects of the work that my teammates do. The work environment is flexible. Entry.
Different parts of the company have political agendas that often interfere and hinder problem-solving. Although the org that I work for doesn’t have this problem, they can sometimes be at the mercy of these teams.
