Good place to work for people who desire stability and good benefits and have excellent communication skills
- Get to learn lots of new technologies.
- Nice diversity. Engineers from all countries.
- Good work/life balance.
Politics in growth within a group. Have to show off a lot. Just being smart is not enough.
Most of the projects end up halfway. Not much job satisfaction in lots of software jobs.
Give more weightage to an employee's smartness rather than giving more importance to how much they show off in group meetings.
