The best engineers are around, with huge resources to work on influential tasks, and a good work environment. For a recently graduated engineer, it is a good place to gain top experience within the shortest time. And during the first couple of years, the salary growth is good.
The organization and senior management make it feel like they are afraid of taking risks. Sometimes conservative decisions kill the motivation to innovate. In hard times, they lack positions, so it may be impossible to have a raise, and competitors give higher offers.
