It's a good experience, but not for too long
Decent office environment. The cafeteria's food is quite good and reasonably priced. The company is excellent for non-German speakers. Even though the offices are not central, they are easily accessible without a car. Most processes inside Intel are well specified.
Work/life balance is horrible. Snitching is a well-established corporate process. There is not much space for development. Too many conferences, way more than are necessary.
- Clean up your management chain; there is a lot of redundancy.
- Don't treat people like chips.
- Shape your local operations to the local working culture.
