Pros

You can work with on future technologies with really smart guys. The office culture is fine. Just fine. We used to have team events.

Cons

No money for anything. No trainings, no conferences. If you want to buy a book for $10 USD, you need to ask at least three managers for approval, and even then, you will probably not get those $10 USD. You always hear how Intel is making money, but really, they just cut costs everywhere. You have to pay for all the trainings and books from your own pocket.

I was employed for a position that never worked out. I never did anything that they told me on the interview. NEVER AGAIN.

Advice to Management

Management is an old-school group of people who really do not understand how a tech company in the 21st century should work.
