Good experience to have
Intel is a well-known company, so working there says a lot about you. Compensation is also very, very good.
Management can be quite secretive at times. I felt that my manager was more intimidating than helpful. An intimidating manager makes working there stressful.
Management needs to stop intimidating their employees. People do a much better job when they are challenged and motivated, not when they are scared for their job.
