First, I received an email to schedule time. Then, there was a one-hour technical phone interview. During the interview, there were many technical questions about Linux, networking, virtualization, and so on.

Initial communication was by email, and I had to fill out many forms. Then, a representative called me to schedule an interview with three technical leaders. The interview was face-to-face and in Spanish. After 15 days, I received an offer.

Phone interview followed by a full-day interview session. Met with many people in one-hour, back-to-back interviews – it was exhausting. Each person covered a different area, with some overlap. It was okay to not know the answer to some questions,
