The site facilities are very good, and you can find smart people around you.
The compensation package is competitive in the market, although you can find better options outside.
Although it is one of the biggest software companies in the world, it is strongly focused on its hardware. I found several software engineers working more in electronics than in developing/designing software. So maybe your software engineering skills will not grow very much here.
Keep doing a good job. Even though the total compensation package is good, you could increase the base salary to be more competitive in the market.
