Locally, there is a lot of politics. You have to be part of "the especial group" to get recognition; otherwise, your efforts are not valuable.
Be more transparent. Take clear actions. Have more actions, less talking. Be congruent. There is no support for working women, yet you brag about the "mujeres excepcionales" program.
