clean, teamwork for work efficiency, good food in the dining room with the option to go for junk food at a different area, cafeteria, transportation, and 4/4 shifts (two days in the morning and two days at night) that are easy to adapt.
The number of hours of work (12 per day) is just mentally tough. Most of the time, you feel environmental alienation. The work in the "Clean Room" with the white robe is uncomfortable, and it's impossible to advance professionally.
Be more attentive and consider the needs of employees.
The process has been smooth and very comfortable so far. Very nice people work there. I hope to find out more information during my second interview. I will update my answers when I know more.
I had only one interviewer. She was really nice. She asked some personal questions about myself and about projects I made in the past. Then, she asked me to write some code, which wasn't that hard.
I applied to the position, which was posted on LinkedIn. Within hours, a Talent Acquisition Specialist reached out to me over the phone. We discussed my work background and how it might be a good fit for me. The following week, I interviewed on-site
