Great dynamic work environment.

Flexible timings as long as you finish your work.
Awesome facilities and cafeteria.
If you are a green badge (contracted worker), then sometimes you will feel like you don't exist.
All free drinks/fruit are for Blue only. That's fine.
But when Blue managers refer to Green developers as "helpers," that's the limit.
Blue employees get sucked into this Blue/Green phenomenon as well.
If you depend on Green so much, be prepared to respect them. Otherwise, don't use Green.
