Ethics policies are only on paper. Except for serious offenses, there is no support even in harassment.
Just based on the accused person's denial, they are let go based on the manager's support.
Please really follow the Ethics and Code of Conduct, not just empty claims on paper.

It was long, but overall, I was helped to feel comfortable. I was interviewed by three different people in the same day. All of them were extremely kind and supportive during the interview.
