Pride being associated with Intel. Great compensation with two bonuses. Good recognition for great work. Flexible timings for busy parents.
Very politicised, as any other big company.
Lots of back-stabbing, which limits innovation.
Claiming other people's work as your own.
First-line managers are not great.
Look at first-level managers and individual contributors, and let them go if they are not doing their job right.
