Contacted first by a recruiter, followed by a four-hour on-site interview. No phone screen.

Had a four-person, round-robin style interview, with four 40-minute sessions. Half the questions were technical, and half were behavioral. The interviewers were all management, with technical backgrounds. They were friendly and not pompous, and gave
