I've had a phone screening, twice now. As a former employee, I'm trying to be rehired. I had a great experience finally, after 10 years of trying to get my foot back in the door. I was terminated because of an MLOA I couldn't recover from fast enoug
Some basic technical questions, such as: * How does a transistor work? * How does a vacuum system work? followed by behavior questions, like: * Tell me about a time you had a conflict with another employee and what you did to resolve it.
Screening interview on university campus. 30 minutes. Invited for an on-site interview. This was an all-day event, with a technical talk in the morning and one-on-one meetings with managers from the group. Lunch was with current engineers. Everyone
