Great benefits, good salary, working from home, although they may change their policy post-COVID. My teammates are amazing. Very diverse and inclusive.
24/7 fab job, which means you will be on-call. I have been fortunate to have a great boss. If you don't get a good one, then you are screwed because the job itself is not very interesting.
As a PhD, I'd have preferred to do more R&D work, but the processes are defined and set by others, in some cases many years ago, so you don't get to do much development. There is a lot of data analysis work involved.

The virtual buggy video call was a disappointing experience. I couldn't hear them, and they couldn't hear me. The call lasted about 20 minutes, filled with "What?" I did not get to show them my talents, and they didn't offer to reschedule or do anyth
The hiring process took about 1 1/2 months. * Phone interview first, followed by an on-site interview about 3 weeks later. * The on-site interview consisted of a 1-hour PhD thesis presentation plus 30-45 minute one-on-one interviews with 7-8 peo
Standard Intel interview process once you are internal. Mostly team-based questions about handling difficult situations and people. Explain some of your interesting projects. How do you cope working in ambiguous conditions?
