My team has gone above and beyond to support me on this Intel journey. I like Intel so far because of the resources and training they offer. The base pay plus the bonus they offer are excellent. It is a nice place to work, in my opinion.
What needs improvement is for intel to provide a list of tasks for new hires to follow. There was not a single place to go for the list of trainings or instructions of what to do starting on your first day, but many places.
However, this was not a big deal since eventually I figured it out with the help of my team and manager.
To keep improving and investing to grow Intel to be an extraordinary company.
I had a phone interview, and then the next day, I was called for an on-site interview. I was asked about my previous experience, with not many technical questions.
The interview process was nice and easy. The manager was laid back and chilled. We exchanged pleasantries, and he asked me about my previous job position. I explained to him how I was the lead at my previous job.
Applied, interviewed, and received a job offer. Passed assessments, had references checked, and underwent a background check. Completed onboarding to join the company. That's pretty much it; all that happened.
