Good (not great) learning experience.
Too much politics. People work like donkeys.
They focus more on competition rather than co-operation.
No work-life balance.
I am surprised to see people can work day and night for others. I was an entrepreneur and left it to live a peaceful life for sometime, and joined a job. But I can't believe the foolishness that people can work so hard for others.
My advice for the people working in intel (not management):
Your job is for work-life balance. That means you want to contribute to society in a limited manner.
If you want to work day and night, then take a risk and start your own company.
Don't work like a donkey for others.
Time is limited, so don't waste time working for others.
The interview had three rounds: two technical and one HR session. The technical rounds focused on questions to evaluate analytical skills and coding exposure. The coding questions were moderate and confined to C and Python languages.
They asked personal questions, requested a translation of an article from English to Hebrew, and kept making the questions increasingly difficult each time. Two easy-level LeetCode questions and one medium-level question were presented.
I had three interviews, one of which was with HR. I met with the team leader and the group leader. One interview was on Zoom, and the other two were in the office. At the end of these interviews, I received the contract.
