Cons

Though working on a breakthrough product aimed at an already well-established market, competitors face several issues. There are redundant people in management structures.

Some leads just leech off juniors without proper recognition.

Discussions are done in a non-professional way. Market sellers do a better job in arriving at a conclusion. Everyday, you need to face the intellectual arrogance of certain leads rather than learning from them. Teams with a technical lead and a people manager are like working between the devil and the sea.

Advice to Management

Intel needs to optimize the team structure and streamline it. You need to find a way to collect genuine feedback about the technical leads in the team. People are just afraid to open their mouths, since the retaliations are huge.
