After a phone screen with HR, I was interviewed by several members of a team in an onsite interview. I interviewed for different groups over the course of the day and received an offer.

Did asked me about my academics and all that, and said I have to work in the same working environment.

I was referred by an employee friend as a student. I had one interview with three engineers, which took about three hours. The interview process was very pleasant, although there were harder questions near the end.
