A good place to work.
Don't have any cons at this place.
Phone interview of about 45 minutes with a panel consisting of 2 members. Asked more about transistor-level questions. Also asked about Perl, Unix, and shell scripting. Asked to explain all the projects mentioned in the resume.
A short conversation followed by a couple of programming questions in the language of my choice. There was also a question about verifying code that uses file descriptors. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and nice.
5 rounds onsite plus HR: * How to verify memory * C++ project question * Blocking vs. non-blocking statements * Timing diagram * HR round HR questions: * How did you overcome a difficult situation in life? * Do you think a CEO needs to be technical
