Pros: Good benefits with RSU units.
Cons: They don't vest for 1 year. I was laid off without a PIP. I didn't even complete 1 year at the organization. Without proper reasoning, they laid me off by globally announcing that underperformers were being laid off and labeled all of us. This really impacted finding a job elsewhere. Sadist company.
