Good benefits with RSU units.
They don't vest for 1 year. I was laid off without a PIP. I didn't even complete 1 year at the organization. Without proper reasoning, they laid me off by globally announcing that underperformers were being laid off and labeled all of us. This really impacted finding a job elsewhere. Sadist company.

First round of interviews, followed by a second round of four back-to-back interviews. A data pipeline project also needs to be completed prior to the second round. Questions are mostly on SQL and pipeline.
