Pros: Wonderful office. Good bunch of people to work with.

Cons: Rapid changes in every aspect.

Pros: Good place to work in the Bay.

Cons: Could have given free food.

Pros: Excellent salary, great campus, and benefits. Plenty of experience to gain from working here.

Cons: The company is desperately pushing for AI in order to hire fewer engineers, but is not sure how to implement it yet. Plus, there's the feeling of competing against coworkers due to layoffs every year. There are also no clear performance metrics outlined when onboarding. The quality of work from senior-level engineers is questionable for being a top tech company. Most have probably played the politics game well enough to remain on a team long-term. At the moment, H1B visas and cutting costs appear to be the company's priority over quality, as of when I left. This is foreshadowing endless tech debt for full-time employees in the future.
