Process
The Hiring Manager was cool. We then had a group discussion with the team on behavioral and technical topics. They asked more about JavaScript. The team was watching me while I worked, and obviously, a candidate would be a bit tense. Overall, I gave most of the answers. Out of 30 questions, I provided answers for around 25 to 26. However, they were looking for 100% on-the-spot answers, which I think is not possible for most people.

Pros: Nice work culture.
Definitely, you will learn new things.
I have personally learned many good things apart from my day-to-day deliverables.
Standard processes, and everybody follows them, that's important.
They do care about their employees and vendors too.
You can discuss every small thing without fear. No stressful environment in terms of task allocation or any other things related to work items.
Work from home is allowed for vendors.
Free food for everyone.
Cons: The interview process was confusing. I had cleared the first round, but there was some confusion between HR and the technical panel. Finally, they said I cleared the round but was rejected. The position might have been filled by an internal candidate.

Pros: It's a great company and vision. I really enjoy knowing that I am part of a company that supports individuals and small businesses to the extent that they do.
As a company, they really work to create a great environment for their employees to work in. No place is perfect, but, as an example, they recently increased their paid maternity/paternity leave to 4 months.
Cons: - Specific to where I am working, there aren't many opportunities for growth into management positions.
This doesn't apply to all of Intuit, and it has simply been my experience.
