- Peers are helpful.
- Great work-life balance (mostly).
- Stocks.
- Benefits for FT employees are great.
- You can learn new technologies at your own pace and work on technologies of your choice.
- Moving within teams is easier and encouraged.
Cons: - Pay scales are lower than market.
- Promotion criteria are pretty tough.
