Pros: Good conditions and a lot of quality people.

Cons: Not enough promotion options inside the company.

Pros: Good Work Culture Work-Life Balance

Cons: I've had a consistently positive experience with the company, enjoying a supportive work culture and ample growth opportunities.

Pros: Customer-focused thinking applied and practiced to relieve the most people of the greatest burdens of the existing financial system. Employee-oriented operations, processes, and benefits. Open dialogs, training, and a positive approach between managers, directs, and those who seem to go all the way to the top. Technology is being revised constantly, and new solutions are experimented with in a proactive manner. Engineers are encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and plenty of tools and opportunities are provided. Projects have a generally good infrastructure that provides many important services out of the box in a useful way.

Cons: Stock value has not recovered despite large value-engendering steps and big investments into the AI space. Some processes are exhaustively difficult to put together because of complicated systems and legacy. Old technical choices linger, and large-scale operations are extremely hard to change and make flexible again.
