Process
Called for an FtF interview that mentioned 4 rounds of DS, Algo, Design, etc., but I hardly faced any such questions. It was basically very language-oriented, looking for a fixed skill set.
I feel it's better to strip the DS/Algo focus when companies look for a fixed skill set. Thanks.

You have lots of opportunities to learn and grow yourself.
