Assignment - Given 1 week of time.
After one week, they asked for an interview for 4 hours. In which they asked more on the assignment.
The most surprising part was they were expecting me to implement hidden things which were not mentioned in the assignment, and they judged me on the basis of that. A complete disappointment for me because I had invested 1 week into working on the assignment. It was a really frustrating experience.
One kind suggestion to the Intuit HR and interview panel: please mention a clear acceptance criteria in the assignment. And don't expect a complete production-ready app to be developed in 1 week. If someone who writes a production-ready application in just 1 week, then I am pretty sure he will not join Intuit or any other organization in the world. He will build his own software company.

Intuit Work Experiences
- 1.0Disappointed with the treatmentSenior Software Engineer • Former EmployeeBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaJuly 13, 2016Pros: Facilities include transport, food, etc., even for contract employees. No doubt about the facilities.Cons: Contract employees will not be treated the way they should be treated. There is no good word of encouragement on successful completion of a task or a project. Full-timers will be given all the appreciation when actual work is done by contract workers. Most of the managers ignore contract workers as they pass by. This gives no moral support or encouragement for the contract workers. Most of the events contract workers will not be included or informed, creating a bias. It's really disappointing to hear that this happens with a company that is ranked among the 10 best places to work. Even contract workers will not be offered a proper place, desk, or seat.
