Process

Via Recruiter reaching out to ask a candidate to solve an OA.

***Stay away if you can. Recruiting and the whole team are a true mess here.

Interview

  1. OA
  2. Karat Interview - go over your answer to OA and work on one or two other problems.
  3. Behavioral with HR
  4. Final with 2 engineers - present a project you've worked on and a technical OOP portion.

The recruiter who reached out for the OA ghosted me. Two weeks later, they wanted to do a Karat Coding test, then ghosted me for 2-3 weeks. They set up a final interview, but the HR person had so many typos. They did not know if this position was an internship or for a new grad. The final round turned into another behavioral round with HR. After one week, the final had an interview with 2 engineers, but they set up another candidate at the same time and ended up kicking another person. This was so unprofessional. No apology came from the HR who set this up. They also gave me two 1-year engineers who were not even good at explaining the questions and misspelled my name.

After all that, they ghosted me for a month, but it was better that I got a better offer at a better company.
