Process
The interview process has been rejigged and is now called A4A (Assessing for Awesome). After a single round of phone screen, all interviews are conducted face-to-face on a single day.
There will be a presentation that the candidate needs to make to a group of interviewers. This presentation will cover their introduction and a presentation on any topic that was shared with them previously on the day of the F2F interview.
This avoids repetition of introductions to every interviewer. Also, A4A helps in making the decision on a single day instead of painfully waiting for multiple days.
