Pros: Great company.
Great offices.
Some great people.
Cons: No clear direction.
Literally, every project is five years too late.
Too much corporate cheerleading, instead of doing real work that matters.
Middle management is incompetent and vindictive.
Annual Employee Survey results do not matter, and bad managers continue to mismanage their teams.
Too. Many. Meetings.

Pros: Intuit, as a company, has evolved in terms of business process, maintenance process, and selecting the technical stack to support the business, which is incredible.
Nurturing innovative ideas is one of the keys for this evolution.
Cons: Definitely, with new ideas, new risks also come. As a company, Intuit is very rapid and fast in not only taking decisions but also implementing them overnight. It is better to always be adaptive and on your toes.
