Process
I applied online. The recruiter reached out and scheduled an initial call with an engineer for the first round.
This was followed by a 90-minute exercise (Craft), a discussion on the code, and other ML/Software concepts. I also coded KNN.
One of the managers focused on NumPy syntax and gave a bad review because I couldn't remember it.
I spoke with the recruiter afterward, and they said I didn't have enough experience for the position, even though I solved all the questions. Therefore, they would like to place me one level down.
The recruiter has been ghosting ever since.
