Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

June 1, 2022

Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process included:

Online coding round on the Glider platform
Craft demo
Technical round
Hiring manager interview

I would definitely not recommend the Pro Series desktop application team in Bangalore for someone who wants to work on feature development. Team members were not technically sound. The hiring manager didn’t even have the courtesy to provide accurate feedback to HR.

Worked as a vendor, but it was awesome overall. Great company to work for!

Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

December 19, 2014

Pros: Nice work culture. Definitely, you will learn new things. I have personally learned many good things apart from my day-to-day deliverables. Standard processes, and everybody follows them, that's important. They do care about their employees and vendors too. You can discuss every small thing without fear. No stressful environment in terms of task allocation or any other things related to work items. Work from home is allowed for vendors. Free food for everyone.

Cons: The interview process was confusing. I had cleared the first round, but there was some confusion between HR and the technical panel. Finally, they said I cleared the round but was rejected. The position might have been filled by an internal candidate.
