Pros: 1. Nice company with good work culture and values. It lives by its values. 2. Competitive compensation and benefits. 3. Good scope for horizontal growth provided people show willingness to learn.

Cons: 1. There's a lot of buzz around innovation, but the results don't show it in terms of new products. However, innovation does happen with adding new features to existing products or making customers' lives easier. 2. Vertical growth has been challenging. People who talk move up faster than people who actually work. 3. A lot of time and money is spent on extracurricular activities and marketing. At times, it felt unnecessary. I'm not sure if HR wants to prove that they have work to do. 4. Rewards and recognitions are good. But to get Annual Awards or Top Guns Awards, it solely depends on the director's discretion. If the director knows you well, then the chances of getting an Annual Award are higher. This actually happens in Intuit India. Politics wins.
