Facilities include transport, food, etc., even for contract employees. No doubt about the facilities.

Contract employees will not be treated the way they should be treated. There is no good word of encouragement on successful completion of a task or a project. Full-timers will be given all the appreciation when actual work is done by contract workers. Most of the managers ignore contract workers as they pass by. This gives no moral support or encouragement for the contract workers. Most of the events contract workers will not be included or informed, creating a bias. It's really disappointing to hear that this happens with a company that is ranked among the 10 best places to work. Even contract workers will not be offered a proper place, desk, or seat.
