Process
Given the reputation Intuit generally has, especially for its interviewing processes, I was really surprised by the person interviewing me.
He was able to judge my coding skills over a phone round based on a single string question, which was to generate a random string of a given length, even though I answered it correctly. He had only one question to judge my coding skills in an interview of one hour!
I really didn't like his whole attitude during the interview process at all. I didn't expect this.
