A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and I scheduled an interview through them. The experience up to this point was great.
There was a 1-hour interview with someone who has worked at Intuit for 20 years. He showed up to the interview but did not introduce himself or talk about his background, experience, or skill set, as most other interviewers do as a matter of common courtesy. He was frowning from the beginning of the interview, and it appeared as if he didn't want to be there from the start.
He asked the same question repeatedly, even after I had answered it before.
Overall, the experience was negative, mainly due to the poor quality of the interview with the technical interviewer, compared to how polished and positive the experience has been with other companies.
This is not a negative thing, but just something worth mentioning: their interview process is slow compared to most other companies in the area. They take about two weeks to schedule interviews, while other companies do it ASAP or within a week.
