Pros: The compensation is generous, at least at my level. My manager is the best I could have asked for and supports me in my learning and growth. My team works very well together with 0 friction, and is very communicative and supportive, especially towards interns/co-ops. The work I'm given is not typical "intern" work, but instead actual and genuine contributions to the team where I can feel accomplished. The work I'm given has been increasingly challenging as I improve. I feel like there is no cap to learning; every time I learn something, I have the opportunity to start learning another. I'm given a lot of room to struggle and grow, but also the support for when I genuinely need help and guidance. There is a lot of patience for interns and co-ops. I'm not only allowed, but am encouraged to speak up in any and all meetings and am praised for it. My perspective is valued, and things that I have said or suggested are taken into full consideration and not ignored. There is a solid, genuine respect for interns and co-ops across the company, which makes me feel valued. Twice a year, we are given a full week to work on whatever we want, called GED, which gave me the opportunity to work on what I'm passionate about. We are often given vouchers for food delivery or given free food at the office. The chairs at the office are unrealistically comfortable. There is a lot of company "swag" given out. There are awards given for doing outstanding work. There are no death marches so to speak, and a healthy work/life balance is promoted, with taking breaks being encouraged.

Cons: From my perspective, I genuinely cannot name a downside worth mentioning thus far.

Pros: Everyone is very helpful and gives opportunities to interns to work on independent projects, encouraging leadership values.

Cons: No cons as of now.

Pros: They're not just a typical big tech company. Intuit cares for its employees a lot more than other companies, like Amazon. As a result, Intuit has been a blessing of an internship. I just hope they hire me full-time.

Cons: Work can be a little boring from time to time, but you get over it when fun work comes around.
