Pros: Decently competitive environment in terms of skills. Decent pay and a great range of benefits. Kind people all throughout. Many bright and hard-working folks.
Cons: Leadership is disheveled and constantly changing direction. I'm not convinced that they attract the tip-top talent of our industry, meaning I frequently wonder if other major companies have more talent. It's not sexy.
