Process
It was amazing. I first had a pair programming challenge with the hiring manager and a SWE from the team I'd be joining.
I then had a 3-hour final interview with the team manager and 2 SWEs from the team. During the 3-hour interview, it involved presenting a case study (building an API), showing my portfolio, a break, a technical interview with the 2 SWEs, and a 45-minute conversation with the team manager.
I heard back within 24 hours.
